January 2026 Newsletter
Active Attitude Newsletter - January 2026
Hello Active Attitude Families,
Happy New Year and welcome to 2026!
We hope you’ve enjoyed a restful and fun-filled holiday break. We’re so excited to welcome our children and families back and to kick off another year of movement, growth, and confidence-building at Active Attitude.

Holiday Club Memberships – Limited Spaces
Our Holiday Club Annual Membership has officially launched. We are in process of transitioning from casual booking holiday programmes to annual Holiday Club Memberships.
This membership:
- Gives access to all 57 scheduled holiday programmes for a year (8am-3pm)
- Includes extended hours (3pm-5:30pm)
- Is limited to just 30 children per year to ensure quality, consistency, and care
Please note:
From April 2026, Holiday Club Memberships will be the only way to access our holiday programmes.
If you have a child starting school over the next few months and you will be requiring childcare over the school holidays, you are welcome to get a membership now and we will start the 12 months of your membership from the April school holidays.
If Active Attitude is your child’s holiday programme provider of choice, we strongly recommend securing a membership while spaces are still available. Further information about Active Holiday Club can be found here.
Annual Memberships – Lock in Your Rate
January is the most popular time for families to move onto an Annual Membership.
Why families love annual memberships:
- Better value than monthly payments
- One payment for the year – no monthly admin
- Continuity of enrolment
- Your rate is locked in for future renewals as long as your membership remains current
If Active Attitude is your long-term activity provider of choice, this is the easiest and best-value way to secure your child’s place for the year ahead.
To switch to an annual membership or for further information, simply email admin@activeattitude.co.nz or speak to Nyssa or Ashleigh.
The Best Active Annual Membership for Under 5’s

This package includes: Weekly swimming lessons; Discovery Sessions and Active Tots sessions.

Every child deserves Water Safety and Survival Skills
We encourage all parents to make water safety a priority for their children.
If your child is not currently enrolled in swimming lessons, now is a great opportunity to secure a place.
Spots are limited, and lessons fill quickly at this time of year. If the class you are after is full, please add yourself to the waitlist and we will be in touch as soon as we have availability. Links to our class times and further information can be found here.
