FAQs about our Active Holiday Club

Holiday Club Annual Memberships: Parent FAQs

Q: Do I still have to rush to book every holiday?
A: No. Your child is automatically in for every programme day for the whole year.

Q: Does this actually cover full-day care?
A: Yes our core programme is from 8:00am–3:00pm, plus 3:00–5:30pm extended hours are included in the annual membership, so you don’t need to make two sets of arrangements.

Q: What if we go away or my child gets sick?
A: There are no issues from our end; you’re not paying per day. You’re paying for guaranteed spaces and convenience.

Q: How many memberships are there?
A: Only 30 spots for the whole year - once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Q: My child isn't 5 yet, but will be in the April holidays.  Can I purchase a membership now to secure their spot?
A: Yes, purchase a membership now and we will hold the spot and we will make the start date from April onwards, so you won't be losing out on not getting value from the Summer months.

Q: What do they do at Holiday Club?
A: Our mission is to keep every day exciting and different.  Each day is based around a theme, while also incorporating a daily swim in our pool, gymnastics based activities, crafts, and games.  We also provide children with opportunities for free play.

Q: Is this actually cheaper than paying day-by-day?
A: When you add up 57 programme days + extended hours (which is also included in the membership), it works out to be an extremely great value.

Q: Can I join anytime?
A: Yes, but only until all 30 memberships have been allocated.  Once they have been allocated, it will be a matter of waiting another 12 months to see if any memberships come available again.

Q: Where do I find more information on the membership and pricing?
A: Full information about our new Holiday Club Annual Memberships can be found here

Q: Where can I find the schedule of days that the Holiday Club runs?
A: This is located on our Holiday Programme page here.
